font-family: Tahoma, 굴림; font-size: 12px; line-height: 20px; word-spacing: -1.33333px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">임금체불은 반의사불벌죄이기 때문에 임금이 체불된 근로자가 처벌을 원치 않을 경우 사업주는 처벌받지 않습니다. 벌금부과액이 상당할 경우 반의사불벌죄의 효과가 나타나겠지만 벌금액이 체불액을 초과하는 경우가 별로 없기 때문에 그 의미가 그리 크지 않기 때문에 형사처벌 이후에도 민사소송을 통해 체불임금을 받게 되는 경우가 많습니다. </span><br style="color: rgb(102, 102, 102);
